Márk is always lucky when finds an old VW. I think this '57 Bus is the best from all his VWs. The palm green colour is still the oridinal paint just like the sand green inside. (The SG at outside resprayed long before.) We know this is the most popular colour scheme, so there is no question about the future of the car. Márk repaired the rusty holes and painted over, but leave the nice patinated places as is. Only covered them by wax. The bus was an empty body, when he found, but today there are most of the parts. Ambrus, George and me helped to find the missed components, I checked the electricals. The works are near done, he would like to drive it to the first meeting of the year. (More pics soon!)
